Now it is clear and I still have no title and deed. now i will have to pay a lawyer to get this done or do it myself. SHAME ON YOU. EVEN FOR AMERICANS THAT IS BAD . Jill Basher does not answer. After waiting 2 weeks, First American Title Insurance Company in Tampa, FL denied my Title Insurance claim for a property line dispute without even speaking to me or coming to look at the property. Very shady company, very shady so-called insurance - do not get your title insurance with them!

Review about FAI: The company talks about "people first" culture but doesn't really care for any employee. It is run by managers who treat employees as slaves. Too many meetings spoil the work-life balance. Managers get offended on silly things and start harassing employees. There is no 2 way feedback system. Managers can threaten employees about poor appraisal but employees can't provide their feedback about managers. Before blabbering about good things about the company, please check the reality. Employees can be recalled to work after resigning just because the manager wants to satisfy his ego. Above points are obtained from ex employees of the company who resigned because of toxic culture or who were forced to resign because the manager wanted to satisfy his ego and maintain the power in his hands.
